Our core principle: we hold as little as possible
LeanRelay is a pass-through pipe. We forward data from one of your connected apps to another at your instruction, and we are built to keep almost nothing:
- We do not keep a lasting copy of the records we forward (your customers’ names, invoices, job details).
- A forwarded record exists only transiently — long enough to transform it and confirm the Destination accepted it (typically seconds). After successful delivery, the content is discarded.
- If a delivery fails, we may retain that single record temporarily to retry or debug, then purge it (target: [7] days max).
What we do keep
We keep information about who our customer is, not the content they pass through:
- Account info: your name, email, and which connection(s) you enabled.
- Billing info: handled by Stripe; we store a customer reference, not your full card number.
- Connection credentials/tokens needed to talk to your apps, stored encrypted.
- Minimal operational logs: timestamps and success/failure status — without the record contents.
What we do not do
- We do not sell or rent your data.
- We do not use your forwarded data for advertising.
- We do not retain your customers’ personal data after delivery.

We share data only as needed to provide the Service, per our client instructions.
Security
We use encryption in transit (HTTPS) and verify webhook signatures (HMAC). Stored credentials are encrypted at rest. No method is 100% secure, but minimizing what we hold minimizes risk.
Your rights
You may request access to or deletion of your account data, and you may disconnect any connection at any time, which stops all data flow. Contact connect@noble-enterprises-llc.com.
